Happy New Year!

Hello all.  I hope you all had a great Christmas & are pumped for a wonderful 2012!  We are about to cancel out internet service so I thought I would upload some pics before doing so.  Check out the new links I added.  Christmas 2011 - Jaclyn, Christmas 2011 - Stacey & Declan's Piano Recital.  I put them @ the top right on the blog so they are easy to locate.  We have all been a little slack with the blog this year so I am hoping we can start 2012 off with a little more input.  Here are some ideas . . . Highs & Lows of 2011, Recap your Xmas & New Year's, Resolutions, Recent Photos.  I wonder if one of you can click on the Calendar of Events link & let me know if the calendar you see is blank.  You should see Kyle's birthday for the month of Jan.  We are all staying in this evening, well except Zac who is headed to a house party.  Tim is actually working today, hopefully he will be home soon as it seems to be freezing rain again.  I just put Reid down for a nap & heard a thud . . . yep first time climbing out of the crib.  Way to end 2011 sweetie!  All is well, a little shocked I think. Mom just called  told me her & Steven are celebrating their 17th anniversary today with a steak dinner.  I hope you both enjoy your day!  We had a nice Christmas.  We went to Mom & Steven's for a turkey dinner on Xmas Eve & opened presents there.  Reid was much more into opening gifts then he was on his birthday, which was only a few weeks prior.  Amazing the difference a few weeks makes.  Did not really get the Santa thing but did learn to say Santa & Ho Ho Ho.  On Xmas morning Mom & Steven came here & we opened more presents.  Later that day we went to Tim's Mom's for dinner & more gifts.  It was strange not seeing you all this week however is was less hectic for sure.  It seemed like the first year we really got to relax @ home.  Zac just found out he got a new job @ Swiss Chalet.  Tim is about to change shifts . . . Sunday to Thursday.  So as the year comes to an end so does his time @ home with Reid.  I am so glad he was up to the challenge this past year.  I think it was great for them both.  Tim is an awesome Dad.  I am however looking forward to spending more time with Reid myself this year.  Mom is going to start watching Reid one day a week for us & then he will continue to go to Shawna's from Tuesday to Thursday.  Then once I have the baby he will just go to Shawna's on Wed.  My next ultrasound is scheduled for Jan 12th.  I am looking forward to finding out the sex of the baby.  I hope you all have a fun night . . .
