Ok I will admit I have really been avoiding doing this as I can never really figure what to say on here but here goes.
Christmas went very well for us the boys got spoiled but were very good and had a lovely time when daddy was off and got to spend time with them....Wade ont he other hand by about tuesday was ready for the sitter agian lol. They are busy children. Wade and I also had a great christmas just the few days that I got went far too fast.
We had Alister's 2nd birthday in February and that went over great thanks for all the carsd and birthday wishes. He is a good...no...alright...no...he is a little 2 year old boy who many times I would likew to choke but he is getting better. The mommy mommy mommy is slowing down and likes to spend time with his daddy his nanyy and his papa. His words are coming like wild fire adn I am very proud of him. His manners are amazing tho. Not very often does he forget his please or thank yous even thru fits of tears he still remembers them. He is also growing like crazy. As some of you know we have been doing some late night hospital trips with to start off a case of pneumonia and then we have been temporarily diagnosed with asthma. I say temporarily because they can not do the proper tests on a 2 year old so we tried a run of steriods and they worked so we are treating it with asthma meds. Alister is on a puffer whenever he needs it then we have to take him in to get other meds when he is having difficulty. He is very good about the puffer and will sometimes ask for it when he is huffing and puffing. He is a movie loving child. Every once in a while I have to introduce him to a new one so that I can stop watching the old one that was a favorite before I scratch my eyes out. Right now we are on a run of Monsters Inc. Good movie but after 18465 times I want to scream. 
Declan is the perfect child...(cough cough spit)...just about killed me to say that lol. No all kidding aside he is a good boy. He is doing very well in school and is really really looking forward to going into 1st grade. I am looking forward to the break in sitter fees lol. His intrests have not changed too much in the last year or so star wars, star wars lego, star wars movies, and his DS lol. He has quite a few friends and one best friend named Keegan. They are quite the pair together. Declan of course has no problem with his words he has been quite good at them for sometime now I would say the issue with him is getting him to stop using them for more then 5 minutes lol. This year Declan was in a program called Jr.Macs that taught him some hockey skills and really enjoyed it. Altough he is done now we are going to try to keep going to a local rink to play pick-up on Sundays. He has also started Tiger tots Martial Arts and really likes that too. Baseball starts in the spring.....wow what a busy life he leads which in turn makes my life crazy lol. Since his birthday in august I swear he has stretched up about 4 inches and we are wearing come size 7 pants with a roll in the bottom but still soooooo not ready for size 7. He is becoming a very well behaved little man and I am so proud in most of the decisions that he makes.Now on to the umimportant stuff Wade and I lol. I am old. I was doing an online survey the other day and I am now in the next age bracket *tears*. All is well with us. I am really injoying my job and much more now that the accountant is back she was on holidays for a month and I was swamped. Wade has started his new shift just as of this past Monday. He now works 8 shifts away from home and then is home for 6 days straight. Right now he is stationed in Windsor so when he is done on Tuesdays he is home right away but soon he will be moving to the McTire sub and it is like 1800 km away so the 6 off will not be as great as travelling will take far longer, just one more step towards his goal tho adn I am very proud of him also....he loves his job very much too. the more he becomes involved in the union the better as he is gunning for a position there too. Wow I guess that is the update for our little family.
When it comes to what kind of family party we have I am pretty open but I do think that something that keeps all in the same location would be good. Looking forward to seeing you all when the weather gets nice.
